How Much Does Group Cost?

My standard group rate is $120 per weekly 1-hour session, with an 8-week commitment. In addition to the group session, this also includes an optional additional hour weekly in the virtual Low Milk Lounge, and potential additional support during the virtual weekly Coffee Hour. Please see the group information page for more details. In addition to group fees, an intake interview fee of $90 will be paid at registration, and group members will later be prompted to schedule a telephone intake interview prior to the first group session. The primary goal of an intake interview is to gather information about an individual's background, current situation, goals, and potential concerns. My money-back guarantee ensures that if - after the first session - you feel that group is not right for you, you will receive a full refund.

Do You Accept Insurance?

I accept cash, check, or credit card. I can provide you with a superbill, and you may submit this document to insurance for potential group fee reimbursement. It is group members' responsibility to request, and submit, this paperwork. If you are interested in this option, you should check with your insurance company. For those experiencing financial hardship, I offer a limited number of reduced-cost spots.

When Does the Group Meet?

Groups will meet Thursdays from 5-7 pm PST.

Do You Offer Other Group Days and Times?
